Guest Policies & Guidelines

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:

07 Days Prior to Check-In: No cancellation charges. You may cancel freely.
03 to 07 Days Prior to Check-In: 50% of the full booking amount will be retained.
0 to 03 Days Prior to Check-In / No Show: 100% of the booking amount will be retained.

2. Outside Food & Liquor Policy

Guests are not allowed to bring their own food, alcohol, or music systems into the hotel premises, including open areas.
Violation of this rule will incur a minimum charge of INR 50,000.
For any kind of shooting, filming, or pre-wedding shoot, a venue charge of INR 30,000 will apply.

3. Pets Policy

Our property is not pet-friendly.
No pets of any kind are allowed on the premises

4. Stags Policy

Stags are strictly not allowed.
Hookah / Shisha is prohibited.
Any violation will result in a minimum charge of INR 50,000.

5. Maid & Driver Policy

The hotel does not provide separate accommodations or provisions for domestic help or drivers.

6. Tax Policy

All room tariffs are exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes will be added to your bill at the time of booking/check-out.

7. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM

8. Legal & Compliance

All stays are subject to hotel policies, local laws, and regulations.
Privacy of guest information is maintained as per the hotel’s Privacy Policy.

9. Reservations & Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.
A valid ID proof (Government-issued) is required at the time of check-in for all guests.
Advance payment or partial deposit may be required to confirm a booking.

10. Payment Policy

Room tariffs are exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes will be added at the time of billing.
Payments can be made via cash, card, or digital transfer as accepted by the hotel.
Any additional services, amenities, or extra persons will be charged separately.

11. Guests & Occupancy

Maximum room occupancy must not be exceeded. Extra guests may incur additional charges.
Stags, unauthorized parties, or gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior permission is obtained.

12. Safety & Security

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage.
The hotel provides 24/7 security and surveillance to ensure guest safety.

13. Maintenance & Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect hotel property.
Any damage caused by guests will be charged separately.

14. Photography / Filming

Venue charges @ INR 30,000/- for any kind of Shooting/ Filming or Pre-Wedding Shoot in the Hotel Premises.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be addressed as per the local jurisdiction of Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh.

These Terms and Conditions are standard across Kasauli hotels, ensuring guest safety, legal compliance, and smooth operations.
